Mr. Silva heads up Big Embassy LLC, an independent agency focusing on early stage teams, traction-proven start-ups and turnarounds. Big Embassy’s founding was born out of the highly regarded Berlin-School of Creative Leadership curriculum which he completed in 2012. Most recently, he served as coach and mentor at SXSW Interactive, presented on digital storytelling at SXSW as well as on Multi-Channel Marketing at the 2017 W&V Marketing Convention in Munich. He currently volunteers as President of the Cine las Americas International Film Festival.

Previously as the founding Chief Financial Officer of LatinWorks Marketing, Mr. Silva helped establish revenue operation strategies, cash flow, accounting function and contract negotiations of this decorated multi-cultural creative agency achieving 8 consecutive years of 15% top line growth and 25% net income performance. Managing IT, Talent as well as Media Production, he remained a catalyst for tech innovation, earning accolades as a speaker and mentor evaluating sales activities, performance analysis, talent and corporate strategy with leadership teams.

Among his achievements, Mr. Silva is credited with completing LatinWorks’ equity partnership with advertising holding company giant, Omnicom Group (NYSE:OMC), the acquisition of Dallas, Texas ad agency Cultura Group, and Big Embassy’s client roster of brands. Has tactical experience with Intuit, Salesforce, MS Dynamics and NetSuite.

He has negotiated and fostered successful long term partnerships with an envious international roster of companies: Anheuser-Busch/In-Bev, General Motors, Texas Lottery, Domino’s Pizza, Capital One, Kimberly Clark, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Burger King, Mars/Wrigley, Bacardi USA, Heinz, PepsiCo and Post Foods.
